|Duties:||We currently are seeking an entry level candidate to fill the role of Project Management Assistant in our Columbus, OH regional office. This person will work collaboratively with other project team members to manage all administrative and clerical aspects and to support and assist with the operational aspects of construction projects. |
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Invoice & subcontractor pay request entry
Monthly billing & reconciliation
Cost report preparation
General office administration
Subcontractor compliance management
- High School Diploma required
3 years of experience with accounts payable & receivable experience. Prior construction accounting experience is a plus.
Proficient at Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Self sufficient, highly motivated, organized, team player, positive attitude
