Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager that is a process driven, self-starter with strong organization and time management skills to join our Marketing/Corporate Communications team. 

Duties:

A successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Art direct and manage development, production and distribution of all marketing & corporate communications pieces and creative special projects, providing strategic guidance to graphic design co-op on look/feel and timing as well as collaborating with corporate departments, subject matter experts (SMEs) and executives as appropriate on content
  • Assist Director, Marketing & Corporate Communications with developing the annual overall creative strategic vision for marketing & corporate communications pieces (templates, look/feel, etc. designing new vs. refresh)
  • Co-manage content (writing) development, creation and editing of marketing and corp. comm. materials, and stock material as needed. Includes identifying writing/content needs of each marketing & corporate communications piece, holding regular department brainstorm sessions to generate story ideas, write and assign stories within the department and SMEs, and check progress
  • Co-manage the digital asset management system with the Sales Support department
  • Produce/capture project testimonial video of key clients and employees/execs
  • Support production of Annual, Mid-year Meetings, including video work and material creation
  • Lead production of monthly scorecards in partnership with multiple owners/departments
  • Manage day-to-day work of graphic design co-op, while providing prioritization of projects and art direction
  • Manage tradeshow calendar and prop/tool development and availability
  • Review and evaluate technology tools and integration opportunities and mediums to deliver marketing & corporate communication materials and internal communications
  • Manage audience acquisition and retention for marketing materials (e.g. HC newsletter)
  • Create and manage web site strategy
  • Manage in-house commercial printer for marketing materials

 

Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 5-7 years of Marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology-proficient
  • Constant Contact experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel to our regional offices as necessary (~20%)
